Exile Content Studio, a Candle Media company that creates content in Spanish and English for a global audience across multiple platforms, announced today that it will feature two sculptures by the Spanish artist. Edgar Plans at The Shops at Columbus Circle in New York City on Tuesday, February 27.

Standing an impressive 11.5 feet tall, one of the world-class contemporary artist’s new sculptures will live at the entrance of The Shops at Columbus Circle until the end of March, following its unveiling later this month. Titled “The Dreamer,” the sculpture depicts a child looking toward the sky, and serves as a testament to the enduring power of the human imagination and the unbreakable spirit of hope. In the center of the sculpture, the boy’s dog remains obediently by his side, symbolizing unwavering companionship and support on life’s journey. Together, they form a moving picture that evokes never losing that child we have inside full of dreams and imagination.

A second version of the sculpture, approximately 6 feet tall, will also be placed on the second floor overlooking the Great Room of The Shops at Columbus Circle.

Edgar Plans is a Madrid-born artist best known for his colorful, expressive and lively, big-eyed, mouse-eared cartoon characters known as the Animal Heroes. Contemporary visual artist, his caricatures vivid. Currently exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art in Moscow or the S2A Museum in Seoul, his works of art are sought after all over the world and break records at auction houses such as Christie’s.

Along with the sculpture of the iconic New York Square, in Villazan NYC, the original sketches and the process of creating the sculpture are presented. The original drawings will be posted to be seen during the month of March.

At the same time, taking advantage of the 2nd Anniversary of the Lil Heroes NFT collection, different original sketches and drawings that the artist made for the Lil Heroes company will be exhibited.
